Privacy Policy

Effective 29 September 2026

Logodile is an iPhone balancing game. This policy explains what happens to information when you play the game, visit logodile.com, or contact us.

What Logodile handles

Advertising and privacy choices

The app includes Google Mobile Ads and Google’s User Messaging Platform for banner ads and consent choices. When Google ads are available, Google may receive your IP address (which can indicate approximate location), device or app identifiers, ad views and other interactions, crash reports, and performance information. Google uses such data for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and its other disclosed purposes. Logodile does not send your saved scores, raw motion readings, or an account identity to Google. The app does not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission, and it disables Google’s publisher first-party ID and publisher privacy personalization settings. See Google’s iOS data disclosure and Google’s Privacy Policy.

Where required, the app asks for advertising consent before requesting Google ads. If Google requires a privacy choices entry point, you can use Ad privacy choices in the app to change your choice. You can also use your iPhone’s privacy settings. The availability of ads and consent choices depends on your region and the current ad configuration.

The app can also display Kickstart Exchange ads if that service is enabled. Kickstart receives app integration details and App Store storefront country, and records app-level ad impressions and clicks. It says it does not identify or track individual players. Its network provider processes the IP address needed to deliver requests. See the Kickstart Exchange privacy notice.

Why information is used and shared

We use information to run the game and website, apply the offline play limit, serve or manage ads and consent, respond to support requests, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. We use service providers for website hosting, Supabase for public app settings, Google and potentially Kickstart for advertising, Apple for App Store downloads and purchases, and email providers for support. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Storage, overseas processing and retention

Game results and the offline count stay on your device until you remove the app or its data, subject to any device backups you control. Support messages are kept for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request and any related legal obligations. Website, Supabase, advertising, email, and Apple providers set their own technical log and transaction retention periods.

Logodile’s Supabase project is based in Sydney, Australia. Some providers, including Google, Apple, Kickstart Exchange, website hosting, and email services, may process information outside Australia, including in the United States or United Kingdom. Their infrastructure may involve other countries. Contact us if you need more detail about a particular transfer.

Your choices and requests

You can play the current release without creating a Logodile account. You can clear locally saved game information by removing the app and its data. You can change available ad choices in the app, and you can stop using the app or website. To ask about information we hold, request access or correction, seek deletion, or make a privacy complaint, email support@logodile.com. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time. If you are in Australia and remain dissatisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Children

Logodile does not require a profile or ask players to submit their name, age, or contact details in the current release. A parent or guardian can contact us about a child’s privacy using the address above. Advertising providers may process technical information as described in this policy.

Changes

We may update this policy as the game and its services change. The effective date above identifies this version. If we add accounts, leaderboards, or other features that change how information is handled, we will update this policy before those features are made available.
